Returns are accepted for Exchange Only.
After receiving your product, should you need to return it for an exchange, just follow these simple steps.
- Shop our products for a replacement item.
- When you have found a product you would like for a replacement go ahead and purchase it. You may purchase bikini separates if you only need to replace a top or a bottom.
- Email us the order number of your new purchase along with the order number of the item being replaced and request a RA (Return Authorization).
- You will receive the RA within 24 hours and your replacement item will ship within 2 business days (no more waiting for us to get the return). You should print your RA on the return shipping label.
- When you send us the return it must be in NEW condition with all tags and hygenic liners intact along with your original packing slip and packaging.
- When we receive the return we will credit to your method of payment the amount of your full purchase price (no restock fees), however we cannot credit shipping cost as this is an out of pocket administrative cost. NOTE: We will not issue a credit if the returned item shows signs of wear or is in a condition other than stated above.
You must request a RA for exchange within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. You then have 30 days to return the item for credit. If you do not request a RA within 7 days of receipt, or fail to return the purchase within 30 days, the sale is final.
We can only exchange a product once. If you need assistance in selecting a replacement item please feel free to contact us for help. Once we have issued the return credit the sale is final.
THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND THE SALE OF THESE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.
- Thong Bottoms and Tonga Bottoms
- G-Strings
- Size 3X Products
- Any "Custom" Product. These products are made to order and will be described as "Custom" or "Made especially for you" or "Please allow an additional day for delivery" These products include but are not limited to: Chamois (lambskin) products, and Crochet products.

Although not required, we strongly suggest shipping with tracking as we are not responsible for returns not received. USPS delivery confirmation is fine.
