No Returns or Exchanges for the following items:
All returns for refund or exchange require a RA (return authorization). You may obtain an RA by contacting Customer Service.
- Thongs, G-Strings, and Tongas - (Bottoms Only). These items do not come with hygienic liners. The sanitary condition of these items cannot be guaranteed once they leave our control. State and Federal Laws prohibit us from reselling these items when they are purchased via mail order.
- "Custom" and "Size 3X" items. These are described as such in their listings. These products are only made when you order them. We cannot accept "Made to Order" products for return or exchange.
- Items that are not in "New Condition" with all tags, labels, and hygienic liners intact.
- Items that show signs of wear, or that have odors other that new fabric i.e. colognes, deodorants, body, soaps/fabric softeners etc...
All returns for refund or exchange require a RA (return authorization). You may obtain an RA by contacting Customer Service.
Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items returned without a RA on the shipping label are refused and returned to sender.
No Returns or Exchanges after 30 days from your date of receipt of the item(s). NO EXCEPTIONS please do not ask.
We highly recommend using a shipping service that provides Signature Confirmation for you return to insure we receive it, but at the bare minimum Delivery Confirmation should be used. We cannot be responsible for returns not received.
EXCHANGES
REFUNDS
- Exchanges for sizing - You need simply obtain an RA and inform us of the required size.
- Exchanges for a different item - These are a Return for Refund/New Purchase. You must return the product for refund, and purchase the item you would like. We cannot issue credits or accept differential payments.
- Exchanges are shipped within 3 business days of receipt of the return.
- International orders must Return for Refund/New Purchase for exchanges.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are issued the Friday following the receipt of your return.
- All returns for refund are subject to a 15% restock charge. This covers the cost of labor and supplies involved in processing a return. This charge is deducted from your refund
- Refunds are processed back to your method of payment. We do not issue cash refunds, please do not ask.
- We don't refund shipping charges except as provided in our "On Time Guarantee". Please see our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Policy:
Bikinimo will ship via USPS or UPS except for APO/FPO in which case items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Items are shipped within two (2) business days of a confirmed order.
Products that are described as "Custom" and sizes 3X may take an additional day to ship. The reason for this is because these products are made when ordered. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method if you have time constraints.
